Returns Policy

14-day returns

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags still attached.

How to start a return

Email us at snafutco@gmail.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and confirm it is unworn and in original condition, we will refund your original payment method. Refunds usually post within a few business days of approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Send the unworn item back within 14 days and we will make the right size and ship it out. Since everything is made to order, allow the standard 2 to 3 week production time on the replacement.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund including shipping. Email snafutco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we will sort it fast.

What cannot be returned

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and custom or unit orders (these are personalized and made to spec), are final sale.
