Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of snafut.co and any purchase you make from SNAFU T Co. ("SNAFU", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our products

Our items are made to order. Because each piece is produced after you order it, please allow a lead time of about 2 to 3 weeks before your order ships, in addition to delivery time.

We work to show colors, sizes, and designs as accurately as possible, but actual products may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and the nature of printed apparel.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it.

Because items are made to order, an order generally cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. If you need to fix something, contact us as soon as possible and we will help if we can.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund it.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider at the time you order. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Estimated lead and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

You can return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. See our Returns Policy for the full details.

To start a return or a claim, email snafutco@gmail.com with your order number, and a photo if the item arrived damaged.

Custom and unit orders

Custom unit orders (bulk orders for a unit, team, or organization) are subject to a minimum quantity and a separate mockup and approval process. Custom and personalized items are final sale once approved and produced.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the SNAFU name, logos, designs, graphics, and text, is owned by SNAFU T Co. or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or branding without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNAFU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in that state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date below will be updated. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
